I’m Nurdaulet Akhmatov, a product engineer in Almaty. I build AI and digital products and stay close to the code. The job is to ship something people use, not to hand off a spec.
How we can work
Full time is the main goal. I also take scoped project work when the brief is clear.
Talk
A short call about what you are building and where it is stuck.
Scope
I write down what gets built, in what order, and what done means.
Ship
Working software in production, with the numbers to check it.
Open to offers
Full time first. Scoped projects when the brief is written down.

Talk to me
Looking for product engineer or senior fullstack roles. Hybrid or office in Almaty works, remote in Kazakhstan works, and business trips are fine.
Full time product engineer
Own a product area end to end. Architecture, delivery, and the numbers after launch. I write the code and make the product calls.

01
What are you looking for right now?
A full time product engineer role. Office or hybrid in Almaty, remote in Kazakhstan, and business trips are fine. I also take scoped project work when the brief is written down.
02
What do you actually build?
AI and LLM systems, web products, and the backend behind them. Recent work includes an LLM pipeline over 1,000+ B2B sales calls, AI interviewers taken from prototype to pilot, and a low latency WebRTC platform for operating drones and robots.
03
Do you write code, or manage?
Both, and I do not treat that as a contradiction. I have shipped as a fullstack developer, as an AI engineer, and as a product manager. On a team I take a product area and stay in the codebase.
04
How do you start on something new?
A short call, then a written scope that says what gets built, in what order, and what done means. If the scope cannot be written down, that is the first problem worth solving.
05
How do you know whether it worked?
With numbers agreed before the build. Conversion and unit economics on the outbound product, P95 latency and packet loss on the drone platform, data quality on the AI interviews.
